Territory Sales Representative – Saskatchewan
High Key Brewing Co. is looking for a motivated Territory Sales Representative to help grow our presence across Saskatchewan.
This is a field-based sales role focused on building relationships with liquor stores, bars, and restaurants while expanding distribution of High Key beers and refreshment beverages throughout the province.
If you enjoy being out in the market, meeting new people, and helping great products find their way onto shelves and tap lines, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a territory and play a direct role in growing a local craft brand.
Regular travel across Saskatchewan is expected, with occasional time spent at the brewery for meetings and coordination.
What You'll Be Doing
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the Saskatchewan market and play a direct role in growing a local craft beverage brand.
Visiting liquor stores, bars, and restaurants across SK
Building strong relationships with retail buyers, bar managers, and beverage directors
Opening new accounts and expanding High Key’s presence in the SK market
Pitching keg placements and seasonal features to on-premise partners
Making sure retail shelves stay stocked, fresh, and visible
Supporting tastings, events, and promotions when opportunities arise
Identifying ways to grow sales within existing accounts
Tracking account activity and sharing market feedback with the team
Work closely with the brewhouse team to forecast product demand, share market feedback, and help ensure the right products are available for upcoming sales opportunities
What We're Looking For
Someone who enjoys meeting people and building relationships
A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and managing their time
A proactive, growth-focused mindset with the drive to build and expand a territory
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Comfortable using digital tools for reporting, communication, and account tracking (Google Workspace or similar tools)
Basic design or presentation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to support sales materials and product sheets are an asset
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field or equivalent professional sales experience
Minimum 2 years of sales, account management, or business development experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated ability to proactively grow accounts and identify new sales opportunities
Highly organized with the ability to manage a sales territory and prioritize accounts effectively
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role with regular travel across Saskatchewan
Interest in craft beer, beverage, or hospitality industries is an asset
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for account visits
Compensation
Target Total Compensation (TTC): $65,000 – $80,000
Base salary ranges from $50,000–$60,000 depending on experience, with performance-based quarterly bonuses tied to wholesale growth.
