Production Brewer (2+ Years)

Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time Production Brewer with hands-on commercial brewing experience who can confidently execute day-to-day production with a high level of consistency and attention to detail.

This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of their work, and understands the realities of a production brewery environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wort production: milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, knockout

  • Fermentation management, dry hopping, and yeast handling

  • Cellaring operations: transfers, carbonation, tank CIP

  • Packaging: canning line operation and kegging

  • Cleaning and sanitation of all production equipment (a significant portion of the role)

  • Inventory management of raw materials

  • Quality control including sensory evaluation and process adherence

  • Accurate record keeping and production logs

  • Assisting with recipe development and pilot batches

  • Equipment troubleshooting and basic maintenance

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of commercial brewing experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of brewing fundamentals and production workflows

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Comfortable in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment (lifting 25kg+)

  • Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot equipment

  • Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented

  • Genuine interest in beer and brewing

Compensation

$48,000–$52,000 annually, based on experience
Opportunity for performance-based bonuses tied to production, quality, and company growth
